How do I pay for items on The TTL Store?

Why is there a shipping fee in USD/BTC/XMR?
The small shipping fee (in USD, BTC or XMR) is to help reduce abuse and to make sure there is enough great stuff for everyone. Shipping is $6 for US orders and $12 for orders outside of the US.

How do I earn testnet Tari (tXTM) to spend on The TTL Store?

Since this is a testnet, is it possible that my wallet balance could be reset during the testnet?
Yes, tXTM is meant for testing purposes only and we may void any tXTM allocated to your Tari Aurora Wallet at any time.

Is there a limit to what I can purchase on The TTL Store?
Yes, in order to make sure we have enough items for everyone we are limiting purchases to a maximum of 3 items per order and no more than 1 item per type. These limits may change at any time.

Will you make more of any of the sold out items?
Sorry, no.

What happens if I forget to put my order number in the "Transaction Notes" field when sending tXTM to The TTL Store's Emoji ID?
Please contact us at store@tarilabs.com and include your ORDER # and a screenshot of the transaction record in Tari Aurora.

What happens if I don't send tXTM to The TTL Store's Emoji ID after I complete my order?
If we do not receive tXTM to The TTL Store's Emoji ID within 48 hours of your initial order it will be cancelled. You will receive a cancellation notification email and your credit card WILL NOT be charged.

My order was cancelled, what happened?

I don't have enough tXTM to complete my order within 48 hours, what should I do?

Can I get a refund on an item I purchase? What if my item(s) has not shipped?
We will only charge your credit card for shipping AFTER we have received your tXTM payment. Once we receive your tXTM payment your credit card payment and your tXTM payment CANNOT be refunded, even if your item has not yet shipped. 

Have prices for items changed?
All item prices and shipping rates are subject to change at any time. We will not change a price after you purchase an item but you may notice prices change on the store from time-to-time. 

Who paid for the items in the store?
The items in the store are paid for exclusively by Tari Labs, LLC to support testing Tari transactions on the Tari testnet. You can learn more about Tari and how to contribute to the Tari testnet at Tari.com.

Can I use Tari to purchase anything else outside of The TTL Store?
No, your tXTM cannot be used for any purposes other than to access and use The TTL Store.

Does tXTM have any monetary value?
No, tXTM has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cash equivalent, or other tokens or cryptocurrencies.
